SKODA Karoq Roof Bars
The transverse roof rack is a practical accessory to the ŠKODA KAROQ. Owing to its high quality, proven safety record and high user comfort, the transverse roof bars is regarded as the best solution for transporting big objects whose dimensions are beyond the capacity of the vehicle's luggage compartment.
After being installed onto the longitudinal roof rails, the transverse roof bars is simply fixed in place by moving its eccentric lever to the bottom position. The roof bars is lockable and therefore theft-resistant. Using what is known as 'T-groove', the roof bars can reliably carry lockable transport systems such as bike racks, ski racks, ski and snowboard boxes, luggage trays, etc.
The roof rack has undergone stringent water-tightness, corrosion and lifespan tests, and has proven its resistance and strength by passing the City Crash Test. The load carrying capacity of the transverse roof bars is determined by the maximum admissible roof load (including the vars) specified in the vehicle registration book.
